Goat Cheese
from Harley Farms Goat Dairy
How it works
Each week goat cheese members will receive two of the twelve types of cheese that are offered. Throughout the 25 week
membership the following twelve cheese will rotate through:
● 3oz cheese
rounds: Monet, cranberry walnut, apricot pistachio and tomato basil.
● 4oz logs: Chive, pepper, dill and plain
● 5.5oz Fromage Blanc: Plain, tomato basil and garlic herb
● 8oz (˝ wheel) fresh ricotta

"We strongly believe that the only way to produce our quality goat cheese is to have happy,
healthy goats.
We started with only 6 American Alpine goats, and we now have a herd of 220! They are milked
twice per day, at 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening. They produce a gallon of milk each per
day, which makes one pound of cheese.
During the day the goats enjoy grazing in our bountiful pastures to their hearts content. In the
evening they relax in a spacious paddock until milking time when they enjoy their favorite mix of
grains. It's easy to see why our artisan goat cheese is special. We adorn our cheese with a variety of unique toppings from flavorful
fruits and herbs to edible flowers grown in our garden behind the goat dairy."
To Join
Include a separate check for $320 made-out to Harley Farms Goat Dairy when you send in your
membership form to Blue House Farm. The goat cheese option is only available at the Pescadero,
Half Moon Bay, and Palo Alto pick-up locations.
